How to set up
- First, connect your email account in Account > Integrations.
- Go to Account > Email Assistant.
- Choose which email accounts Quin should use.
- Select who Quin should draft replies for:
- Anyone you’ve emailed in the past
- All contacts in your CRM
- Only contacts assigned to you
- Or only tagged emails
- Add email assistant guidelines to customize tone, detail, or style.
- Turn on Auto follow-ups so Quin drafts reminders when someone hasn’t replied.

How Auto Replies work
- Quin drafts responses to incoming emails in your voice.
- Drafts are saved in your email client’s Drafts folder for review.
- You control which contacts Quin replies to, from broad (all CRM contacts) to narrow (tagged emails only).
- Add reply guidelines to shape responses (e.g., “Keep responses brief” or “Always thank them for their time”).
How Auto Follow-ups work
- Quin tracks your sent emails and notices when a reply hasn’t come back.
- Drafts a personalized follow-up in your voice, ready in your Drafts folder.
- You can choose whether Quin follows up with everyone or just external contacts.

Quin is built on AWS and leverages their built-in security features including 256-bit encryption on all databases and data transfers, firewall protection, and access monitoring. What is a credit?
A credit is a single unit of work completed by Quin—such as sending a message, updating a record, or performing an automated action behind the scenes.
How do I connect Quin to my phone?
Go to Account > My Profile in the Quin app, enter your mobile number, and complete the verification process. Save Quin's number (662) 439-7846 to your contacts, and you're ready to text notes and requests to Quin from anywhere.
Which CRMs does Quin integrate with?
Quin currently integrates with Salesforce, Redtail, and other major CRM platforms. We're continuously adding new integrations based on user feedback. Check the Integrations tab in your Account Settings for the most current list.
How accurate is Quin at understanding my notes?
