Email assistant
Quin drafts responses to your emails automatically, in your voice, and saves them in your Drafts folder for review.
How to set up
- First, connect your email account in Account > Integrations.
- Go to Account > Email Assistant.
- Choose which email accounts Quin should use.
- Select who Quin should draft replies for (all CRM contacts, past contacts, only assigned contacts, or tagged emails).
- Add email assistant guidelines to customize tone, detail, or response style.

- Automatically draft replies to incoming emails.
- Tailor responses using your personal guidelines.
- Save all drafts in your email client for final review before sending.
- Keep communication timely and consistent without extra effort.
