How does Quin protect customer data?
All data is encrypted in transit and at rest, with strict access controls.
Where is Quin data stored?
All customer data is securely hosted on AWS infrastructure in the United States. Cross-border transfers from the EU and Switzerland are protected under the EU–U.S. and Swiss–U.S. Data Privacy Frameworks.
How long does Quin store customer data?
Customer data is retained only for as long as necessary to provide Quin’s services. You can request deletion of your data at any time, as outlined in our Data Processing Agreement.
Who can access sensitive systems?
Only Quin’s internal team, secured by multi-factor authentication and role-based permissions.
What happens if there’s an incident?
We follow a proactive incident response plan. Our security team immediately detects and contains issues, investigates root causes, and restores normal operations. If customer data is impacted, you’ll be notified within 72 hours in compliance with GDPR.
How reliable is Quin?
Quin guarantees 99.9% uptime through our SLA, with service credits if availability ever drops below that level.
What if services are disrupted?
We maintain disaster recovery systems, backups, and redundancy as part of our Business Continuity Plan.
