Send a genuine thank you when a new client is referred deepening professional relationships.

When I receive a new client through a referral, I want to thank the person who referred them promptly and genuinely.Follow these steps:1. Pull both the new client's information and the referrer's contact information from my CRM.2. Draft a warm genuine thank you email to the referrer mentioning the new client by name.3. Add a note to the referrer's CRM record documenting the referral.4. Add a note to the new client's CRM record documenting the referral source.
