Setting up your account
Getting started with Quin takes just a few minutes. Connect your calendar, email, and CRM, then add your phone number in Account > My Profile to enable texting with Quin. You can also adjust your profile and preferences to make Quin work for your specific needs. Customize your communication preferences, default settings, and more.

How does Quin help me strengthen relationships?
Strengthening relationships is at the heart of Quin. When you provide Quin with enough information about a person, personalized suggestions will be automatically populated on their profile. It’s important that you enter in as much detail as you can, so that Quin has more insight into what content, events, and gifts a person will be interested in.
Here are a few examples of the kind of suggestions Quin provides you with:

If you’d like to update the recommended suggestions, you can do so easily by sending Quin a message (in-app, via SMS or email) with more information about a person.

Chat with Quin
Once you have your contacts setup, you can easily send Quin a message to add, edit, or retrieve information quickly — just as you would an assistant. You can chat with Quin in-app, as well as send an SMS or email.
To get started, be sure to setup your phone number in Quin so that you can text on the go. Head over to your Account > My Profile and enter your information there. You’ll be prompted to go through a simple verification process. After that, be sure to save Quin’s number and text it any time.

When you send meeting notes to Quin, it processes them to create CRM entries, set up tasks, draft emails, update contact records, and schedule meetings. You'll always review everything before it's sent out.

How much is Quin to get started?
Quin is completely free for 14 days. You can fully explore all features during this period to experience how Quin fits into your workflow. After the trial, you'll need to select a plan to continue using Quin.
Does Quin replace my CRM?
No, Quin doesn't replace your CRM. It works alongside it to make your existing tools more valuable. While your CRM stores information, Quin handles the administrative work of creating and updating records, drafting follow-ups, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.
How does Quin protect my data?
Quin is built on AWS and leverages their built-in security features including 256-bit encryption on all databases and data transfers, firewall protection, and access monitoring. How do I connect Quin to my phone?
Go to Account > My Profile in the Quin app, enter your mobile number, and complete the verification process. Save Quin's number (662) 439-7846 to your contacts, and you're ready to text notes and requests to Quin from anywhere.
Which CRMs does Quin integrate with?
Quin currently integrates with Salesforce, Redtail, and other major CRM platforms. We're continuously adding new integrations based on user feedback. Check the Integrations tab in your Account Settings for the most current list.
How accurate is Quin at understanding my notes?
Quin is designed to understand natural language in your notes. For best results, include specific details like names, companies, dates, and clear action items. You'll always have a chance to review what Quin creates before it's finalized..
Can my team use Quin together?
Yes! Teams can use Quin collaboratively to maintain consistent follow-up processes. Team members can share meeting notes and follow-ups, ensuring everyone stays aligned without duplicating administrative work.
What happens if Quin misunderstands something in my notes?
You'll always review what Quin creates before it's finalized. If something doesn't look right, you can easily edit it directly in the app or provide clearer instructions for Quin to update its work.
Can I use Quin on my mobile device?
Yes, Quin works seamlessly across desktop and mobile devices. You can access the full web application on your mobile browser, or use text messaging to send notes and requests when you're on the go.
How long does it take Quin to process my notes?
Quin typically processes notes within seconds. For longer or more complex notes, it may take slightly longer, but you'll still get results much faster than handling the administrative work manually.
Can I customize how Quin formats my notes and emails?
Yes, you can set preferences for how Quin formats meeting notes, follow-up emails, and task assignments. These settings can be adjusted in your account preferences.
