Zapier

Plug Quin into thousands of apps and automate work across your entire stack.

Most integrations connect Quin to a single tool. Zapier works the other way around, letting an event in any of over 7,000 apps, a new lead, a form submission, a file upload, trigger a Quin action directly. The result comes back into the same workflow, ready to send, post, or act on further.

What you can do with Zapier and Quin

  • Trigger a drafted email the moment a new lead or form submission comes in.
It's ready to send before anyone would have opened their inbox to start one.
  • Have Quin extract specific details from an email, form, or document.
It happens automatically as part of the Zap, no manual review needed first.
  • Generate content from data passed through a trigger.
An agenda or outline, for example, gets built from whatever the trigger sends over.
  • Get a document or transcript summarized.
It posts wherever your team needs it, as part of the same automated workflow.
  • Delegate a task to Quin based on an event in a different app.
The action runs without anyone manually kicking it off.
  • Search for information or ask Quin a question.
It works as one step inside a larger automated workflow, not a separate lookup.

Who this helps most

  • Teams already running workflows through Zapier, who want Quin's actions available alongside every other app they've connected.
  • Anyone who wants a lead or form submission to trigger real work, not just a notification that something came in.
  • Ops-minded roles building multi-step automations, where Quin's actions can slot in as one step among several.

How this shows up day to day

  • A new lead fills out a form.
A drafted email is ready before anyone would have opened their inbox to start writing one.
  • A new file lands in a connected app.
It gets summarized and posted wherever the team needs it, as one step in the same Zap.
  • Setting up a Zap that uses Quin for the first time.
Finding it in Zapier's app directory takes the beta invite URL, since it isn't visible in a normal search yet.

Frequently asked questions

What happens when I connect Zapier?
You get an API key from Quin to use when connecting your Quin account inside a Zap. From there, any trigger in Zapier can call one of Quin's available actions.

Why can't I find Quin when searching in Zapier?
The connector is currently in beta and won't appear in a normal search. Use the beta invite URL to access it; after that, it stays visible in your account.

What actions can Quin perform in a Zap?
Ask Question, Draft Email, Extract, Generate Content, Perform Task, Summarize, and Search. Each one takes data from your trigger and returns a result you can use in later Zap steps.

Is my data kept private and secure?
Yes. Quin is SOC 2 Type II certified and encrypts data in transit and at rest, the same standard applied across every integration, not just Zapier.

Does Quin replace Zapier?
No. Zapier still handles the triggers and connects the apps. Quin is one of the actions available to run once a Zap fires.
