Chat with Quin in-app

Use the Quin app's built-in chat feature for quick updates and requests.

The in-app chat feature gives you a dedicated space to communicate with Quin directly while at your desk. This is especially useful when you need to provide detailed instructions or when you want to quickly review what Quin has prepared for you.

To use the in-app chat:
  1. Type your message in the text field at the center of your dashboard where it says "How can I help you today?"
  2. Press Enter or click the send button
  3. You can also use the quick action buttons below the chat field for common tasks like adding meeting notes, drafting follow-ups, scheduling meetings, or preparing for meetings
Starting new conversations:
  • To start a new conversation thread, use the new chat button on the left sidebar
  • Previous conversations are saved in the "Recents" section on the left for easy reference
When to use in-app chat:
  • When you're at your computer and need to send notes or instructions
  • When you want to easily review what Quin has prepared before approving
  • When you need to make quick adjustments to follow-ups or records
  • When you want to keep your communication history organized in separate threads

Quin will process your message and respond with confirmation of the actions taken or with any questions if additional information is needed.
