Manage billing
Update your payment method, view billing history, download invoices, and manage payment details for your Quin subscription through Stripe.
Keep your payment information current and access your billing history from your account settings. Update payment methods, view past invoices, and track your subscription charges. Quin uses Stripe to securely process all payments.
How to update your payment method
- Go to Billing & usage in your account settings
- Click Manage billing & payments
- In the Payment method section, click the menu icon next to your current card
- Select Remove to delete the old card, then click Add payment method
- Enter your card number, expiration date, and security code
- Click Save
Your new payment method is saved securely through Stripe and will be used for your next billing cycle.
How to update your billing information
- Go to Billing & usage in your account settings
- Click Manage billing & payments
- In the Billing information section, click Update information
- Update your name, email, or phone number
- Click Save
This information appears on your invoices and is used for billing notifications.
How to view billing history
- Go to Billing & usage in your account settings
- Click Manage billing & payments
- Scroll to the Invoice history section
Your billing history shows all past charges, including the date, amount, payment status, and plan type. Each invoice displays as a row with details about the charge.
How to download invoices
- Go to Billing & usage in your account settings
- Click Manage billing & payments
- In the Invoice history section, find the invoice you need
- Click the search icon next to the invoice to view details
- Click Download to save the invoice as a PDF
Invoices include your account details, plan information, and payment summary.
What to expect
Your current payment method appears in the Payment method section, showing your card type and last four digits. Your billing information displays your name, email, and phone number used for invoices. The Invoice history section lists all past charges with their payment status. If a payment fails, you'll receive an email notification with instructions to update your payment method.
Managing multiple payment methods
You can add multiple payment methods to your account through Stripe's billing portal:
- Go to Billing & usage in your account settings
- Click Manage billing & payments
- Click Add payment method in the Payment method section
- Enter your new card details
To set a different card as default, remove your current default payment method and add the new one. The most recently added payment method becomes your default.
Common questions
What happens if my payment fails?
If a payment fails, you'll receive an email notification. You'll have 7 days to update your payment method before your account is suspended. Update your payment details immediately to avoid service interruption.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact help@heyquin.io with your refund request and our team will review your situation.
When will I be charged after updating my payment method?
If you update your payment method before your next billing date, the new card will be charged on that date. If you update after a failed payment, the new card is charged immediately.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes, all payment information is processed and stored securely by Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor. Quin never stores your complete card details.
Can I use a different billing address?
Yes, you can update your billing information including your address in the Billing information section. This information appears on your invoices.
