Understanding hours
Quin measures your usage in hours. Learn how hours work and how to check your usage.
Quin measures your usage in hours. That number reflects how much of Quin's time your plan includes each month, and how much you've used so far.
How hours are measured
Quin tracks the individual actions it takes on your behalf, sending a message, updating a CRM record, generating a meeting recap, and so on. That activity is translated into hours, so it lines up with how you'd think about paying for someone's time rather than how a computer measures a task.
Common questions
What happens if I run out of hours?
When you reach your plan's hour limit, Quin stops processing new tasks until your hours reset on your next billing date. You can upgrade to a higher plan at any time to get more hours immediately.
Where can I see my usage?
Your usage is available anytime under Billing & usage.
