Scheduled tasks

Schedule tasks for Quin to complete at a specific time or on a recurring basis, so nothing slips through the cracks.

How to set up

  1. Go to Account > Scheduled Tasks.
  2. Click Add Task.
  3. Enter a title (e.g., “Weekly summary” or “Follow up with John”).
  4. Add instructions for Quin.
  5. Choose the date and time for the task to run, and whether it should repeat.
  6. Save the task.

What it can do

  • Remind you or your team about important actions.
  • Send summaries or reports at regular intervals.
  • Trigger follow-up tasks at specific times.
  • Help automate recurring work without manual effort.

Examples

  1. Weekly summary: “Send me a weekly summary of my meetings every Friday at 4pm.”
  2. Follow-up reminder: “Remind me to follow up with John Smith 2 days after our meeting.”
  3. Morning prep: “Send me a daily list of my meetings at 7am.”
  4. Pipeline check-in: “Every Monday at 9am, show me open deals without updates in the last 7 days.”
  5. Quarterly review: “Remind me to review client portfolios on the first of each quarter.”
  6. Monthly billing: “Remind me to send invoices on the last business day of the month.”
  7. End-of-day recap: “Send me a summary of completed and pending tasks at 5pm daily.”
  8. Event prep: “Send me a briefing 1 week before any scheduled conference.”
  9. Client check-in: “Remind me every 3 months to schedule a check-in with top 10 clients.”
  10. Team tasks: “Every Friday, remind me to assign next week’s tasks to the team.”
