Daily brief

Schedule tasks for Quin to complete at a specific time or on a recurring basis, so nothing slips through the cracks.

How to set up

  1. First, connect your calendar in Account > Integrations so Quin can include your upcoming meetings.
  2. Go to Account > Daily Brief.
  3. Toggle the Daily Brief on.
  4. Set your preferred delivery hour.
  5. Add guidelines for what Quin should include (e.g., “Always include internal meeting prep”).

What it can do

  • Deliver a daily email at your chosen time.
  • Summarize your schedule, tasks, and follow-ups.
  • Provide context for upcoming meetings (e.g., client background, last notes).
  • Adapt the content to your preferences with custom guidelines.

Examples

  1. A list of today’s meetings with client backgrounds pulled from the CRM.
  2. Prep notes for a prospect call, including last conversation summary.
  3. A reminder of tasks due today or overdue from earlier in the week.
  4. A quick status on pipeline opportunities you need to follow up on.
  5. A recap of yesterday’s meetings and any open items.
  6. Birthdays or key client anniversaries noted from CRM data.
  7. Travel reminders (e.g., “Flight to Denver at 3pm, leave by 1pm”).
  8. A list of top-priority emails that need replies before noon.
  9. Insights on new contacts added to the CRM since yesterday.
  10. A “Top 3 priorities” section pulled from your task list.
