Setup guide
Quin and Google Meet work together to:
- Automatically join your scheduled Google Meet calls at the right time
- Capture discussion notes, action items, and key takeaways
- Generate summaries and follow-up tasks immediately after each call
- Sync meeting insights with your CRM and chat
Once connected, Quin joins your Google Meet sessions automatically whenever they’re on your calendar or when you invite Quin directly. It listens only for note-taking and summarization—never records audio or video for any other purpose.
How to connect
- Log in to your Quin account.
- Navigate to Account Settings > Integrations.
- Click Add Integration.
- Select Google Meet from the list of available integrations.
- Follow the prompts to authenticate your Google account.
Use the app
Once connected, Quin will automatically join any Google Meet that appears on your calendar or includes Quin in the invite.
Examples:
- You schedule a meeting in Google Calendar with a Google Meet link — Quin joins automatically at the start time.
- You send Quin a meeting link and type, “Join my meeting,” — Quin enters your upcoming Meet session and starts taking notes.
- You automatically get a recap afterward — Quin delivers a clean summary with key points and to-dos.
No manual setup required—just connect once, and Quin takes care of the rest.
Disconnect the app
Note: Disconnecting Google Meet will stop all future syncing between Quin and Google Meet.
- Log in to your Quin account.
- Navigate to Account Settings > Integrations.
- Locate the Google Meet integration.
- Click the Delete icon.
- Confirm by clicking Confirm.
Troubleshooting
If Quin doesn’t automatically join a meeting you expected, you can simply send Quin the Google Meet link directly in chat. Quin will join instantly and begin taking notes right away.

A task is a single unit of work completed by Quin—such as sending a message, updating a record, or performing an automated action behind the scenes.
How do I connect Quin to my phone?
Go to Account > My Profile in the Quin app, enter your mobile number, and complete the verification process. Save Quin's number (662) 439-7846 to your contacts, and you're ready to text notes and requests to Quin from anywhere.
Which CRMs does Quin integrate with?
Quin currently integrates with Salesforce, Redtail, and other major CRM platforms. We're continuously adding new integrations based on user feedback. Check the Integrations tab in your Account Settings for the most current list.
How accurate is Quin at understanding my notes?
Quin is designed to understand natural language in your notes. For best results, include specific details like names, companies, dates, and clear action items. You'll always have a chance to review what Quin creates before it's finalized..
