Quin and Gmail work together to:
- Draft replies to incoming emails based on recent meetings, notes, or context from your CRM
- Automatically create follow-ups after a meeting or message goes unanswered
- Track responses and remind you when it’s time to follow up again
- Log email activity and conversation summaries to your CRM automatically
Once connected, Quin works quietly behind the scenes—helping you stay responsive, consistent, and on top of every thread without needing to prompt it.
How to connect
- Log in to your Quin account.
- Navigate to Account Settings > Integrations.
- Click Add Integration.
- Select Gmail from the list of available integrations.
- Follow the prompts to authenticate your Google account.
Use the app
After connecting Gmail, Quin will automatically monitor your inbox for messages that require follow-up or response. You don’t have to trigger or request anything—Quin drafts and organizes communication automatically.
Examples:
- You finish a client meeting — Quin drafts a personalized follow-up email with the meeting summary attached.
- Someone replies to your email — Quin drafts a suggested reply that includes key context from your previous interactions.
- A prospect hasn’t responded in a few days — Quin reminds you and prepares a gentle follow-up email.
- You mention a next step in an outgoing email — Quin creates a task and tracks it in your CRM automatically.
Every draft appears ready for review, with accurate tone, context, and next steps pulled from your existing conversations.
Disconnect the app
Note: Disconnecting Gmail will stop all future syncing between Quin and Gmail.
- Log in to your Quin account.
- Navigate to Account Settings > Integrations.
- Locate the Gmail integration.
- Click the Delete icon.
- Confirm by clicking Confirm.

Quin is built on AWS and leverages their built-in security features including 256-bit encryption on all databases and data transfers, firewall protection, and access monitoring. What is a task?
A task is a single unit of work completed by Quin—such as sending a message, updating a record, or performing an automated action behind the scenes.
How do I connect Quin to my phone?
Go to Account > My Profile in the Quin app, enter your mobile number, and complete the verification process. Save Quin's number (662) 439-7846 to your contacts, and you're ready to text notes and requests to Quin from anywhere.
Which CRMs does Quin integrate with?
Quin currently integrates with Salesforce, Redtail, and other major CRM platforms. We're continuously adding new integrations based on user feedback. Check the Integrations tab in your Account Settings for the most current list.
How accurate is Quin at understanding my notes?
Quin is designed to understand natural language in your notes. For best results, include specific details like names, companies, dates, and clear action items. You'll always have a chance to review what Quin creates before it's finalized..
Can my team use Quin together?
Yes! Teams can use Quin collaboratively to maintain consistent follow-up processes. Team members can share meeting notes and follow-ups, ensuring everyone stays aligned without duplicating administrative work.

Yes, you can set preferences for how Quin formats meeting notes, follow-up emails, and task assignments. These settings can be adjusted in your account preferences.
