Connect Gmail to Quin so your Email Assistant can automatically draft replies, follow-ups, and reminders—keeping your inbox moving and your contacts organized.

Setup guide

Quin and Gmail work together to:

  • Draft replies to incoming emails based on recent meetings, notes, or context from your CRM
  • Automatically create follow-ups after a meeting or message goes unanswered
  • Track responses and remind you when it’s time to follow up again
  • Log email activity and conversation summaries to your CRM automatically

Once connected, Quin works quietly behind the scenes—helping you stay responsive, consistent, and on top of every thread without needing to prompt it.

How to connect
  1. Log in to your Quin account.
  2. Navigate to Account Settings > Integrations.
  3. Click Add Integration.
  4. Select Gmail from the list of available integrations.
  5. Follow the prompts to authenticate your Google account.
Use the app

After connecting Gmail, Quin will automatically monitor your inbox for messages that require follow-up or response. You don’t have to trigger or request anything—Quin drafts and organizes communication automatically.

Examples:

  • You finish a client meeting — Quin drafts a personalized follow-up email with the meeting summary attached.
  • Someone replies to your email — Quin drafts a suggested reply that includes key context from your previous interactions.
  • A prospect hasn’t responded in a few days — Quin reminds you and prepares a gentle follow-up email.
  • You mention a next step in an outgoing email — Quin creates a task and tracks it in your CRM automatically.

Every draft appears ready for review, with accurate tone, context, and next steps pulled from your existing conversations.

Disconnect the app

Note: Disconnecting Gmail will stop all future syncing between Quin and Gmail.

  1. Log in to your Quin account.
  2. Navigate to Account Settings > Integrations.
  3. Locate the Gmail integration.
  4. Click the Delete icon.
  5. Confirm by clicking Confirm.
