Integrations overview
Quin connects with your CRM, calendar, email, task management, and communication tools to automatically sync notes, tasks, and updates. Set up integrations in minutes.
Quin connects with the tools you already use to keep information flowing smoothly between your CRM, calendar, email, meeting platforms, task management apps, and communication tools. Once connected, Quin automatically syncs meeting notes, creates tasks, updates contact records, and drafts follow-up emails without manual transfers.
Quin offers integrations with popular platforms including Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook, Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, Gmail, Slack, Google Tasks, Asana, and more.
Before you begin
Make sure you have admin access or appropriate permissions for the tools you want to connect. Some integrations may require specific account types or permission levels.
How to set it up
- Go to Settings > Integrations
- Browse the list of available integrations
- Click on the integration you want to add and click Connect
- Follow the authentication prompts to connect your account
- Review permissions and click Allow or Authorize
Each integration will show its current status so you can see which tools are already working with Quin.
What to expect
After connecting an integration, Quin begins syncing data automatically based on the type of integration. Calendar integrations allow Quin to join scheduled meetings. CRM integrations enable automatic updates to contact records after calls. Email integrations let Quin draft responses in your inbox. Task management integrations create and sync action items. Communication tool integrations let you interact with Quin directly in those platforms. The specific capabilities depend on which tool you've connected, and you can configure settings for each integration individually.
Available integrations
Quin currently supports these integrations:
CRM platforms - Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho CRM, Wealthbox, Redtail
Calendar and scheduling - Google Calendar, Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft Outlook
Meeting platforms - Zoom Meetings, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams
Email - Gmail, Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft Outlook
Communication tools - Slack
Task and project management - Google Tasks, Asana, Dex
Each integration has its own setup process and capabilities. View individual integration guides for detailed instructions on configuring specific tools.
Managing integrations
You can disconnect or reconfigure any integration at any time:
- Go to Settings > Integrations
- Find the connected integration
- Click the integration name to view settings
- Adjust configuration options or click Disconnect to remove the integration
Disconnecting an integration stops future syncing but doesn't delete historical data that was already transferred.
Requesting new integrations
We're continuously expanding Quin's integration options. If you need an integration that's not currently available, contact us at help@heyquin.io and let us know which tool you'd like to connect.
Troubleshooting
An integration shows "Not started" but I've connected it before
- The integration may have lost authorization. Click the integration name and reconnect your account.
- Check if your password changed recently for that service, which can break the connection.
I don't see an integration I need
- Some integrations are being added regularly. Contact support at help@heyquin.io to request a new integration.
- Check if there's an alternative integration that works with your tool (for example, Google Calendar works with most calendar apps).
An integration shows "In progress" for a long time
- Refresh your browser to see if the status updates.
- Try disconnecting and reconnecting the integration.
- Contact support if the issue persists beyond 5 minutes.
Changes in my CRM or task management app aren't appearing in Quin
- Check your integration settings to confirm which data fields are syncing.
- Some integrations sync on a schedule rather than instantly. Allow a few minutes for updates to appear.
- Verify you have appropriate permissions in the connected tool.
