Usage
See how many credits your account has used, filter activity by category or team member, and review usage over any date range from your billing page.
Quin tracks credit usage and activity usage so you can see exactly how your account is being used. Both are available on your [Billing & usage] page.
How to view your usage
- Go to Billing & usage.
- Scroll down to the Credit usage section to see your total credits used against your plan limit, along with the date your credits reset.
- Use the By User and By Category toggle to switch between seeing credit usage broken down by team member or by category.
- Scroll further to the Activity usage section to see a breakdown of specific actions Quin has taken, like searching contacts or managing files.
- Use the By Activity and By User toggle to switch between seeing activity broken down by action type or by team member.
- Adjust the date fields above either chart to filter usage for a specific time period.
What to expect
Credit usage shows your total credits consumed against your plan's limit, along with a breakdown by user or category depending on the toggle selected. Activity usage shows the specific actions Quin performed, such as managing files or searching records, along with how many times each action ran and what percentage of total activity it represents. Both charts update based on the date range you select, so you can review a single week or a longer stretch of usage. If your account is on a team plan, both sections include data for every team member, not just your own activity.
Common questions
What's the difference between credit usage and activity usage?
Credit usage shows how many credits your account has consumed against your plan's limit. Activity usage shows what Quin actually did, broken down by specific action type, like searching a CRM or managing a file.
Can I see usage for just one team member?
Yes. Switch the Credit usage toggle to By User to see credits broken down per person, or use the Activity usage table, which lists each activity type together with the associated counts.
Can I filter by a custom date range?
Yes. Both the Credit usage and Activity usage sections have date fields above their charts. Enter a start and end date to filter either chart to that period.
Why does my credit usage look higher than expected?
Check the Activity usage breakdown to see which specific actions are consuming credits. Some integrations, like file or folder management, can use more credits per action than simple searches.
