Setup guide

Quin and Google Tasks work together to:

• Convert follow-ups, commitments, and reminders from Quin into Google Tasks
• Sync updates both ways so completed items stay current across platforms
• Keep your daily task list aligned with your meetings, notes, and CRM updates
• Help you stay accountable with gentle reminders in chat when tasks are due

How to connect

1. Log in to your Quin account.
2. Navigate to Account Settings > Integrations.
3. Click Add Integration.
4. Select Google Tasks from the list of available integrations.
5. Follow the prompts to authenticate your Google account.

Use the app

Once connected, Quin will automatically sync your tasks with Google Tasks and keep them organized across both systems.

Examples:

• You say, “Remind me to send the proposal tomorrow” — Quin creates a Google Task with the correct due date.
• You mark a task complete in Google Tasks — Quin instantly reflects it as done in your task list.
• You jot down a meeting follow-up in Quin — it’s logged as a new task in Google Tasks under the right project or list.

No manual steps needed—just work naturally, and Quin ensures your Google Tasks stay accurate and current.

Disconnect the app

Note: Disconnecting Google Tasks will stop all future syncing between Quin and Google Tasks.

1. Log in to your Quin account.
2. Navigate to Account Settings > Integrations.
3. Locate the Google Tasks integration.
4. Click the Delete icon.
5. Confirm by clicking Confirm.
