Dex is a personal relationship manager built to help you remember key details and strengthen connections. Connecting Dex to Quin lets you automatically sync meetings, notes, and follow-ups—so every contact stays up to date without manual effort.

Setup guide

Quin and Dex work together to:

  • Log meetings, notes, and follow-ups directly to the right contact
  • Capture conversation details and reminders automatically
  • Keep your Dex relationship timelines current after every interaction
  • Draft personalized follow-up emails or thank-you notes in your tone
  • Remind you of overdue or upcoming connections so nothing slips through

Once connected, Quin automatically keeps Dex organized in the background—turning your natural conversations and meetings into a clean, accurate record of every relationship.

Install the app
  1. Log in to your Quin account.
  2. Navigate to Account Settings > Integrations.
  3. Click Add Integration.
  4. Select Dex from the list of available integrations.
  5. Grant Quin permission to read and update your Dex contacts.
  6. Once complete, you’ll see Dex appear as an active integration in your Quin settings.
Use the app

After connecting, Quin automatically syncs your meetings, notes, and communication with Dex—no setup or manual updates needed.

Examples:

  • You jot a note in Quin like “Lunch with Priya at République” — Quin logs the interaction in Dex automatically.
  • You finish a client call — Quin adds the summary to Dex, updates the contact, and creates a reminder for follow-up.
  • You mention a name in chat — Quin matches the contact in Dex and updates their record instantly.

No manual data entry—just talk, meet, and work as usual. Quin keeps your Dex relationships accurate and current behind the scenes.

Disconnect the app

Note: Disconnecting Dex will stop all future syncing between Quin and Dex.

  1. Log in to your Quin account.
  2. Navigate to Account Settings > Integrations.
  3. Locate the Dex integration.
  4. Click the Delete icon.
  5. Confirm by clicking Confirm.
