Connect your Zoom account to Quin so your assistant can automatically join meetings, take notes, and handle follow-ups without any manual setup.

Setup guide

Quin and Zoom work together to:

  • Automatically join your scheduled Zoom meetings at the right time
  • Capture key points, action items, and next steps during calls
  • Generate summaries and follow-up drafts right after each meeting
  • Sync meeting insights with your CRM or chat for quick reference

Once connected, Quin joins your Zoom meetings automatically whenever they’re on your calendar or when you invite Quin directly. It only processes meeting content for notes and summaries—never for recording or storage beyond your account.

How to connect
  1. Log in to your Quin account.
  2. Navigate to Account Settings > Integrations.
  3. Click Add Integration.
  4. Select Zoom from the list of available integrations.
  5. Follow the prompts to authenticate your Google account.
Use the app

Once connected, Quin will automatically join any Zoom meeting that appears on your calendar or includes Quin in the invite.

Examples:

  • You schedule a Zoom meeting in your calendar — Quin joins automatically at the start time.
  • Quin listens for key moments, decisions, and next steps throughout the call.
  • When the meeting ends, Quin generates a clean summary and follow-up tasks, all logged back to your CRM or chat.

No manual setup required—just connect once, and Quin takes care of the rest.

Disconnect the app

Note: Disconnecting Zoom will stop all future syncing between Quin and Zoom.

  1. Log in to your Quin account.
  2. Navigate to Account Settings > Integrations.
  3. Locate the Zoom integration.
  4. Click the Delete icon.
  5. Confirm by clicking Confirm.
Troubleshooting

If Quin doesn’t automatically join a meeting you expected, you can simply send Quin the Zoom meeting link directly in chat. Quin will join instantly and begin taking notes right away.
