Granola
Connect Granola to Quin to search your meeting notes and pull up past conversations directly from chat.
Before you begin
You need an active Granola account. The Granola integration connects using your Granola credentials — no API key is required.
How to set it up
- Go to Settings > Integrations
- Click Add Integration
- Select Granola from the list and click Connect
- Follow the authentication prompts to connect your Granola account
Your Granola integration will now appear as connected on your Integrations page.
What to expect
After connecting Granola, Quin can search your note library by keyword, date range, meeting organizer, or participant. You can ask Quin to find a specific meeting, surface discussions about a particular topic, or load a full set of notes by Granola note ID. Granola access is read-only — Quin can search and retrieve notes but cannot create, edit, or delete meetings or recordings.
How it works
Quin has access to one type of Granola tool:
Transcript tools — Quin can search your Granola note library using keywords (matched against meeting titles and note content), date ranges, organizer email, or participant email. Quin can also load a full set of notes directly using a Granola note ID.
Troubleshooting
Quin can't find a meeting I know exists
- Try searching by a keyword that appears in the meeting title or a specific phrase from the notes
- Narrow your search with a date range, organizer email, or participant email
- Verify the integration is still connected in Settings > Integrations
The integration won't connect
- Check that you authenticated with the correct Granola account
- Try disconnecting and reconnecting the integration
- Make sure your Granola account is active and in good standing
Notes aren't showing up as expected
- Granola only returns notes that have been fully processed — meetings still in progress won't appear
- If a meeting is missing, check whether it was captured and saved in Granola before asking Quin to find it
