The Agile CRM integration connects your customer relationship management platform with Quin, automatically syncing contact information and meeting notes between both systems. When you mention a contact or company during a meeting, Quin pulls relevant details from Agile CRM and updates the record with new notes, tasks, and interactions without manual data entry.

How to set it up

  1. Go to Settings > Integrations
  2. Click Add Integration
  3. Select Agile CRM from the list and click Connect
  4. Enter your Agile CRM domain, email address, and API key when prompted
  5. Click Connect to complete the setup

The integration will appear as "Active" on your Integrations page once connected. You can find your Agile CRM API key under Admin Settings > API & Analytics in your Agile CRM account.

What to expect

After connecting Agile CRM, Quin automatically syncs contact information and updates records based on your conversations and meetings. When you mention a contact or company, Quin identifies the matching record in Agile CRM and can update it with meeting notes, tasks, or follow-up information based on your Guidelines. Quin can also search contacts, companies, and deals on request, so you can surface CRM data without opening Agile CRM.

What Quin can do in Agile CRM

Once connected, Agile CRM stays current without you lifting a finger. Quin logs what happened, creates what's needed, and surfaces what's relevant — all based on your conversations.

  • After a call, Quin adds a note to the contact record so nothing gets lost
  • If a deal moves forward, Quin updates the record and creates a follow-up task automatically
  • Ask "What's the status of the Acme deal?" and Quin pulls it from Agile CRM instantly
  • Commitments made in meetings become tasks with the right due dates and assignees
  • New contacts from meetings get added to Agile CRM before you close your laptop

Customizing CRM updates

You can control what information Quin adds to Agile CRM through Guidelines. Provide instructions like "Always add a note to the contact record after every call" or "Create a follow-up task when a deal moves forward." Guidelines help Quin organize information according to your workflow and record structure.

Troubleshooting

Contact records aren't being updated in Agile CRM

  • Verify the Agile CRM integration shows as "Active" in Settings > Integrations.
  • Check that your API key is still valid in your Agile CRM account under Admin Settings > API & Analytics.
  • Confirm your Guidelines include instructions to update Agile CRM after meetings.

Quin can't find a contact I mentioned

  • Verify the contact exists in your Agile CRM account with the name or email you mentioned.
  • Check that name spellings match exactly between your conversation and the Agile CRM record.
  • Try using the contact's email address or company name for more accurate matching.

The integration won't connect

  • Double-check your Agile CRM domain (format: yourcompany.agilecrm.com), email, and API key.
  • Make sure you have admin-level permissions in your Agile CRM account.
  • Try disconnecting and reconnecting the integration from Settings > Integrations.

Meeting notes are missing fields I need in Agile CRM

  • Check your Guidelines to specify which fields Quin should update after meetings.
  • Verify you have permission to edit those specific fields in your Agile CRM account.
