I want to proactively reach out to clients as they approach age 62 to discuss retirement planning needs.Follow these steps:1. Search my CRM for clients whose birthdate indicates they will turn 62 within the next 30 days.2. Review their CRM record to check retirement status and any previous retirement planning discussions.3. For clients still working or without recent retirement conversations, draft a personalized email in my draft folder.4. Create a follow-up task for each client if they don't respond within 2 weeks.5. Add a note to each client's CRM record.6. Send me a summary of all clients turning 62 this month.
