Birthday emails

Send birthday emails to clients.

I want to acknowledge my clients on their birthdays, because these personal touches matter to me. This workflow identifies clients with upcoming birthdays and prepares personalized email drafts for me to review.

Follow these steps:

1. Search my CRM for my clients whose birthdays fall within the next 7 days.  Search by month and day, regardless of the year.

2. For each client identified, draft a personalized happy birthday email and save it to my draft folder. Follow these rules:
   - Keep the tone warm and personal.
   - Include a personal touch based on available information about the client.
       * Mention family members like a spouse or kids if known.
       * Mention an interest or hobby if known.

   - Use future tense for the birthday wishes unless the client's birthday is today.
   - Use the following example for inspiration:

I see you've got a special day coming - Happy birthday! I hope you have a wonderful day planned with [Spouse and kids]. Maybe you'll have time for [Interest / hobby]?

3. In addition to the saved email draft, send me an email with a list of all clients who have birthdays this week. This will serve as a notification for me to check my drafts folder to review and send the emails.
