Personalized outreach to clients who haven't had a meeting in 6 months.

I want to stay connected with my clients through regular meetings. This workflow identifies clients I haven't met with in 6 months and creates personalized meeting request emails for me to review.Follow these steps:1. Look at my calendar from 180-187 days ago to identify clients I had meetings with during that period.2. For each client, check whether there have been any meetings in the 6 months since, or future meetings scheduled.3. For clients with no meetings and no future meetings, pull notes from their last meeting and relevant CRM information.4. Draft a personalized email requesting to schedule a meeting.5. Send me an email with a summary of all clients who haven't had a meeting in 6 months.
