I want the full picture before an important meeting so I can walk in fully prepared. This workflow pulls together info about a specific meeting -- everything I know about the attendees, our history, what's pending, and any recent news.
Follow these steps:
1. Pull the meeting details from my calendar for the meeting I specify, including attendees, meeting type, and scheduled time.
2. For each external attendee, check my CRM for their full contact record. Include their role, company, how long they've been a client or prospect, and any tags or categories.
3. Pull all interactions with this contact over the past 6 months from my CRM, email, and calendar. Summarize key themes, decisions made, and commitments from previous conversations.
4. Check for any open tasks, pending proposals, or outstanding deliverables related to this contact.
5. Check their contact record for any life events, goals, or important personal context like family details or upcoming milestones.
6. If available, search LinkedIn or the web for any recent news about the contact or their company.
7. Send me a comprehensive brief organized into the following sections:
- Contact Overview
- Relationship History
- Open Items
- Personal Context
- Recent News
- Suggested Talking Points
