I want to check in with clients after they've been working with me for 6 months to see how things are going and address any concerns early. This workflow identifies clients reaching their 6-month milestone and drafts a thoughtful check-in email.

Follow these steps:

1. Search my CRM for my clients whose client anniversary date falls between 180-187 days ago (6 months ago over a 7-day window).

2. For each client identified, pull their contact record and review activity from the past 6 months including:
   - Number of meetings held
   - Key topics discussed in meetings and notes
   - Tasks completed on their behalf
   - Any concerns or questions raised
   - Goals discussed during onboarding

3. Draft a personalized check-in email in my draft folder for each client. Follow these rules:
   - Keep the tone warm, genuine, and conversational.
   - Acknowledge that they've been a client for 6 months.
   - Reference specific work you've done together or topics discussed.
   - Ask how they're feeling about the relationship and if there's anything you could be doing differently.
   - Invite them to share any questions, concerns, or feedback.
   - Make it clear you want to make sure they're getting value from working with you.
   - Keep it open-ended and genuine, not formulaic.
   - Use the following example for inspiration:

[Reference specific work - e.g., "We've met [X] times and worked on [specific topics like estate planning/portfolio review/retirement planning], and I hope those conversations have been helpful."]

I always want to make sure I'm meeting your needs and expectations. Is there anything you wish we were doing differently? Any questions that have come up? Or topics you'd like to spend more time on?

I value your feedback and want to make sure you're getting real value from our relationship.

4. Send me an email with a list of all clients reaching their 6-month milestone this week. Include their names and the date they became a client. This will serve as a notification for me to check my drafts folder to review and send the check-in emails.
