Check in with clients at 6 months to see how things are going and address any concerns early.

I want to check in with clients after they've been working with me for 6 months. This workflow identifies clients reaching their 6-month milestone and drafts a thoughtful check-in email.Follow these steps:1. Search my CRM for clients whose client anniversary date falls between 180-187 days ago.2. For each client, pull their contact record and review activity from the past 6 months.3. Draft a personalized check-in email asking how things are going and inviting feedback.4. Send me a list of all clients reaching their 6-month milestone this week.
