New leads this week

Weekly summary of new leads added to the pipeline to ensure prompt follow-up.

I want to see all the new leads that entered my pipeline this week so I can make sure they're being followed up on. This workflow gives me a weekly snapshot of new prospects.

Follow these steps:

1. Check my CRM for all contacts created within the past 7 days. Filter out any contacts that are clearly already a client.

2. For each new contact, pull the following information:
   - Contact name
   - Company if available
   - Date added to CRM
   - Lead source or how they came to me if recorded
   - Current status or stage if applicable
   - Phone number and email if available

3. Check if any notes or context have already been added to their record. If yes, include a brief summary of the notes.

4. Determine if any activity has been logged with this lead yet (emails sent, meetings scheduled, calls made, notes added).

5. Sort the contacts by date added with the newest first.

6. Send me a summary email organized with the following information:
   - Total number of new leads this week
   - Comparison to last week if that data is available (e.g., "15 new leads this week, up from 12 last week")
   - List of leads with details for each:
       * Contact name
       * Company
       * Date added
       * Lead source
       * Current status/stage
       * Brief summary of any notes or context
       * Whether any follow-up activity has been logged yet
   - Highlight any new leads that don't have any follow-up activity scheduled or completed yet
