Overdue tasks

See all tasks that were due last week but are still open grouped by assignee for easy follow-up.

I want to see all tasks that were due last week but are still open so I can follow up and get them back on track. This workflow helps me stay on top of overdue work.

Follow these steps:

1. Check my task management system or CRM for all tasks that had a due date in the last 7 days (last week) and are still marked as open or incomplete.

2. For each overdue task, pull the following information:
   - Task name
   - Assignee (who the task is assigned to)
   - Original due date
   - Days overdue
   - Associated client, project, or opportunity if applicable
   - Priority level if available
   - Any notes or updates on the task

3. Group tasks by assignee so I can see each person's overdue items together.

4. Within each assignee's group, sort tasks by original due date with the oldest first.

5. Send me a summary email organized with the following information:
   - Total number of tasks overdue from last week
   - Breakdown by team member (e.g., "5 tasks assigned to Sarah, 3 to David, 2 to me")
   - List of tasks grouped by assignee with details for each:
       * Task name
       * Original due date
       * Days overdue
       * Associated client/project/opportunity
       * Priority level
       * Any notes or context
   - Highlight any high-priority or client-facing tasks that need immediate attention
   - Recommendation to follow up with assignees to understand blockers and get tasks completed or rescheduled
