Overwhelmed staff
Identify team members at risk of burnout due to excessive workload and support them before issues escalate.
I want to identify team members who may be overwhelmed so I can offer support before burnout occurs.Follow these steps:1. Check my task management system for all open tasks assigned to each team member.2. Flag anyone with: more than 15 open tasks, more than 5 overdue tasks, or more than 10 tasks due in the next 7 days.3. For each flagged team member pull workload details.4. Sort by severity with most overwhelmed first.5. Send me a summary with recommendations to check in and consider redistributing work.
