Prospect email drafting

Draft individualized outreach emails to a list of prospects using a personalized template.

I want to send personalized emails to multiple prospects at once. This workflow takes a list of names and email addresses and drafts individualized emails based on a template.

Follow these steps:

1. Take the list of prospect names and email addresses I provide.

2. For each prospect on the list, check my CRM to see if they already exist as a contact. If they do, pull any available information about them (company, role, how we're connected, any previous interactions). If they don't exist, add them as a new contact.

3. For each prospect, draft a personalized email in my draft folder using the template provided below. Follow these rules:
   - Personalize the email with their name and any relevant details from their CRM record.  If not in the CRM, try to use LinkedIn to gather information if needed.
   - Keep the tone professional, friendly, and not overly salesy
   - Make sure each email feels individually written, not like a mass blast
   - Reference specific context when available (mutual connection, shared interest, relevant experience)
   - Include a clear call to action
   - Use this basic structure:

<Structure>

Subject: [Personalized subject line based on template]

Hi [First Name],

[Opening line - personalized based on how you're connected or why you're reaching out]

[Brief value proposition - 2-3 sentences about what you do and how it helps people like them]

[Social proof or credibility - brief mention of relevant clients or results]

[Specific call to action - suggest a brief call or meeting]

[Closing]

Best regards,
</Structure>

Example template to follow:

<Example>
Subject: Quick question about [relevant topic]

Hi [First Name],

I came across your profile and noticed you're [reference their role/company/something specific about them]. I work with [type of professionals/companies] to help them [specific benefit or outcome].

I've recently helped [similar clients or companies] with [relevant challenge or goal], and thought it might be worth connecting to see if there's a fit.

Would you be open to a brief 15-minute conversation next week? I'm happy to work around your schedule.

Looking forward to hearing from you.

Best regards,
</Example>

4. After drafting all emails, send me a summary including:
   - Total number of emails drafted
   - List of prospect names and whether they were existing contacts or newly added
   - Confirmation that all drafts are ready for review in my draft folder

5. Add a note to each prospect's CRM record documenting that an outreach email was drafted and the date.
