Stalled opportunities
Identify opportunities that have gone quiet so you can re-engage and prevent them from going cold.
I want to identify opportunities that have gone quiet so I can re-engage before they go completely cold.Follow these steps:1. Check my CRM for all open opportunities assigned to me.2. Identify any where I haven't logged activity in the past 30 days.3. For each stalled opportunity pull: name, contact, stage, deal value, closing date, days since last activity, and open tasks.4. Sort by days since last activity with longest first.5. Send me a summary email with recommendations to re-engage or move to closed-lost.
