Wedding anniversary emails
Send milestone wedding anniversary emails to clients.
I want to acknowledge my clients on their milestone wedding anniversaries because these personal touches matter to me. This workflow identifies clients with upcoming milestone anniversaries and prepares personalized email drafts for me to review.
Follow these steps:
1. Search my CRM for my clients whose wedding anniversaries fall within the next 7 days and are milestone years: 1st, 5th, 10th, 20th, 30th, 40th, 50th, 60th, or 70th anniversary. Search by month and day, then filter the results to only include milestone years.
2. For each client identified, draft a personalized anniversary email in my draft folder. Follow these rules:
- Keep the tone warm and celebratory.
- Include a personal touch based on available information about the client.
* Mention their spouse by name if known.
* Mention shared memories or milestones if known.
- Use future tense for the anniversary wishes unless the anniversary is today.
- Acknowledge the specific milestone year in the message.
- Use the following example for inspiration:
<Example>
Hi [First Name],
I see you and [Spouse name] have a big milestone coming up - your [X]th anniversary! Congratulations on [X] wonderful years together. I hope you have something special planned to celebrate. Wishing you both many more happy years ahead.
All the best,
</Example>
3. Send me an email with a list of all clients who have milestone anniversaries this week. Include their names, spouse names if available, and which milestone year they're celebrating. This will serve as a notification for me to check my drafts folder to review and send the emails.
